Starting out as a cabinet maker, like many of our members, Bruce went on to own his own joinery business and now leads a team of talented coaches as the Director of The Joinery Coach.
Growing up in Canada, Bruce moved to Australia to play hockey in 1986 & has since called it home, building a life here with his wife & three children.
For Bruce, it's all about making a difference in peoples lives. He is passionate about helping Joinery business owners achieve the lifestyle, wealth & freedom they truly want. Seeing TJC members thrive in business and life is the ultimate pay off.

NIGEL - SENIOR COACH S CEO-
With over 25 years experience in leading teams in complex, advanced manufacturing and design environments, Nigel is our Manufacturing Flow Executive Coach.
Diverse global industry challenges, have forged Nigels strong values and an endless curiosity.
Nigel is an experienced structured problem solver and positively drives continuous improvement culture through continuous involvement. He believes that improving Flow is not a list of things to do, it's a way of thinking.
Known as a leader, mentor, coach & manager - in that order, Nigel looks forward to working with your team.
CAROL - HUMANISTICS COACH S CEO-
With a career in training and development and a masters in Adult Education, Grad Cert in Conflict Management and a Diploma of Coaching, Carol has worked as a business coach to small business owners as well as many larger corporations and municipalities.
Specialising in Communication, Leadership, team dynamics, understanding conflict in the workplace, emotional intelligence, personal health and wellbeing, how to train, coach and mentor your team.
Carol gets to the heart of the issue swiftly, and prefers practical down to earth conversations that lead to simple actions that create positive change.
REILLY - MEDIA PRODUCER S CEO-
With his experience and skills in music production, Reilly has been our podcast producer for most of our six seasons. He now joins the team as Media & Content Producer.
Based in Melbourne, Reilly is passionate about creating quality story-telling content. Whether that be a testimonial video, brand story or music that represents the sound of your brand, Reilly is here to create it.
When he is not working hard at TJC, he is spending quality time with his family & friends.

SARAH - BUSINESS MANAGER S CEO-
Sarah keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes at TJC, making sure our team is supported and our operations run smoothly.
With a background in business operations and team leadership, her focus is on building strong internal systems so our coaches can do their best work - and our clients get the experience they deserve.
She is passionate about creating clarity, reducing overwhelm, and making sure everything (and everyone) is moving in the right direction.
TIFFANY - MARKETING & CONTENT C
With a career in Education, Content & Marketing, Tiffany is TJC's Senior Manager of Marketing & Content. She also manages our marketing agency The Marketing Joint.
Tiffany’s talent for content design and marketing is grounded in her thorough understanding of brand identity, brand positioning, and market segments.
As a Teacher, Lecturer & Learning Designer Tiffany also brings to the role her passion for lifelong education.
Tiffany looks forward to creating engaging and value adding content for our members.
AARON - MANUFACTURING COACH S CEO-
With decades experience in the joinery industry, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table at The Joinery Coach.
From factory flow, customer experience to team management, Aaron has hands-on experience across all areas of a working & successful joinery business.
Aaron joins TJC’s Manufacturing Excellence Program as a Certified Trainer & Coach. He will be taking you through the program and working with your team to certify them in Competitive Systems & Practices.
Based on the central coast of NSW, when Aaron is not working with our clients, he’s spending time with his beautiful family making memories.
