When River City Cabinets cam to us in 2021, Christian and Hannah Simpkins were looking to make real change. Christian had worked with a business coach before, but did not feel it was a right fit for their joinery business. When they reached out to Bruce - they knew they were on the right track and began their journey in our GPS Premium Program.
River City Cabinets is a commercial joinery business based in Brisbane Australia. Operating on a large scale with quite a large team including a passionate leadership team, River City Cabinets came to TJC wanting to level up in all areas from production flow & processes, leadership, marketing, customer experience to finances.
