ABOUT THE EVENT...THE DETAILS:
This event is designed for joinery business owners and leaders who:
➡️ Feel the squeeze of rising costs, tighter margins, and increasing competition and know it’s not easing up
➡️ Recognise that their current way of operating won’t support long-term growth or stability
➡️ Want to understand how manufacturing thinking, technology, and smarter systems actually fit into modern joinery without the hype
➡️ Are open to evolving how their business runs without sacrificing quality, craftsmanship, or control
The joinery industry is changing - whether you’re ready or not.
👉🏽 Technology, automation, and AI are already reshaping how joinery work is priced, produced, and delivered. Not in ten years. Right now.
Over the next few years, the gap between businesses that adapt and those that don’t won’t just widen - it will become impossible to cross.
Joinery businesses that stay stuck in purely traditional ways of operating will struggle to compete on speed, margins, and consistency. Many won’t survive.
That’s the uncomfortable truth. 💣
The businesses that do adapt those that learn how to think and operate with a more manufacturing-led mindset, will be the ones still standing… and leading the industry forward.
This micro-intensive exists for one reason:
to make sure you’re in that second group.
This isn’t about losing craftsmanship.
It’s about ensuring your craftsmanship still has a place in the future.
Evolve how it’s delivered or risk being left behind.
What this day is really about:
This is not a sit-back, take-notes, forget-it-by-Monday seminar. 🚫
This is a hands-on, in-room working day for joinery business owners who know their current way of operating won’t carry them into the next phase of the industry.
You’ll be challenged to rethink how your business operates, scales, and competes - not in theory, but in real, practical terms that apply to your workshop.
You won’t be handed a cookie-cutter blueprint. Because that’s exactly what keeps businesses stuck. 👎🏼
Instead, you’ll be pushed to question what you’re currently doing, identify what’s holding you back, and start mapping what progression actually looks like for your business, not someone else’s.
You’ll leave with direction, not just information.
And momentum, not more ideas sitting on the shelf.
The real value of this day isn’t the content. It’s the access:
You can find information online.
You cannot find this level of access.
✅ This day gives you direct, in-room access to the TJC coaching team - joinery industry specialists with decades of real-world manufacturing and business experience helping joinery businesses evolve, scale, and solve problems that theory simply can’t touch.
✅ You’ll have the opportunity to ask real questions about your business:
your constraints, your bottlenecks, your margins, and the decisions that will shape your next phase of growth.
✅ You’ll be in the room with a small, carefully selected group of joinery business owners who are facing the same pressures, the same industry shifts, and the same high-stakes decisions.
💣 Seats are limited so the conversations stay honest, focused, and practical—and so every attendee has meaningful access, not just a seat at the back of the room.
💥 These are the conversations that don’t happen online, don’t happen in Facebook groups, and don’t happen in isolation inside your own workshop.
