After joining in 2021, Hannah & Christians' biggest hurdle was their factory flow. 

They knew that something had to be done, but weren't equipped with the tools and systems to tackle such a large task. After working with our 3F Coach, River City were able to create real flow in their factory, allowing for jobs to be run more efficiently & effectively.
