The Joinery Coach is a dedicated team that works with small manufacturers of joinery/cabinet and commercial fit-outs Australia and worldwide and is looking for an Office Administrator for this newly created role to join our team and become a valued member while having fun in the process.

We also like to have fun in the process, so your ability to not take yourself too seriously is important.
We are not generalists. We work only with manufacturing businesses that make cabinets, joinery and shop fitting etc. We are well established and have a high success rate with clients and long retention times. We offer dynamic learning content, coaching and host multiple events through our flagship membership and smaller programs.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Office Administrator role is vital in the smooth running of the day-to-day administration of The Joinery Coach business including our marketing agency, The Marketing Joint. The core functions are but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the effective on and off-boarding of clients and team members.
- Manage all incoming enquiries from clients, suppliers and partners - maintains effective client success through clear communication.
- Coordinates and manages the day-to-day business compliance for The Joinery Coach.

Creates and maintains office-based processes, procedures and company policies.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Office Administrator role is a permanent, part-time position at 30 hours per week.
This role is for you if you are committed to contributing to the growth and stability of our business and that of our clients. You will be an expert in your field and have the autonomy to own your area of genius.
The must-haves for the role
- 3+ years of experience in an administration officer/manager role or equivalent.
- Diploma in business administration and/or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Hands-on experience with IT systems, and integration tools such as Zapier.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills (helping you get your day done well).
- Solid customer management abilities - able to analyse client needs and progress.
- Strong communication abilities - written and oral.

Able to work in Australia as a citizen or with a valid/current work visa.
The core focus of this role is:
