Orchard Joinery joined TJC in 2025 with the goal of implementing Jobman. David quickly found that what The Joinery Coach had on offer was far more inclusive thanhe ever imagined. Armed with the knowledge that the business could not continue the way it had been working, David knew he had to make a change, Now almost a year in, the business is making strides in the factory & beyond.
